Your goods will be shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. You should receive your order within 28 days. Where possible, SARS uses recycled packaging to reduce costs and the impact on the environment.

Returns Policy 

You may cancel your order after you have purchased goods from us and after they have been delivered. We offer a 7-day cancellation period starting on the day of delivery. This complies with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. 

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods being shipped can happen. If this is the case we will do everything in our powers to put this right. We will arrange for the goods to be replaced and arrange for the defective goods to be collected at our expense. 

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods 

If you wish to return an unwanted item to us it must be in its original packaging and unused. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

On safe receipt of the unwanted item, subject to it being in its original packaging and unused we will issue a refund for the cost of the purchase. However, we are neither able to refund the cost of delivery to the customer nor refund the postage costs incurred in returning the product. 

Please do not return items without prior discussion via email or telephone.
