Attending patients involved in serious road traffic collisions continues to be a significant part of our voluntary critical care response. SARS is always keen to help educate and raise awareness of important road safety messages. Earlier this month, retired SARS doctor, Andy Mason visited Rattlesden Primary school to speak to the children about these important issues.
The children watched interactive videos, took part in a first aid quiz and also got the chance to look around the SARS rapid response vehicle.
